When the shocking death of XXXTentacion erupted, social media went into a frenzy and thousands of fans were sending in tips and doing their best to help the police with their investigation.
After the first arrest in the tragic event, the police were still looking for more information where possible.
Information obtained by TMZ confirms that a second suspect has been arrested and was served a warrant for first degree murder days ago.
Detectives are calling the suspect a gunman in XXX’s murder, but they’re still looking for an additional gunman.
American screen star Tab Hunter died aged 86 on July 8
The first suspect was arrested days after the 20-year-old’s death – since, there have been two arrests and a person of interest who was spotted on surveillance footage just before XXX was shot.
XXX reportedly signed a $10m album deal weeks before he was shot dead in his sports car.
The star had previously admitted to doing wrong, which was brought to light through a number of allegations after his death.
Supportive fans stressed that the star was working on his issues and had started to turn his life around before he was shot.
Despite sensational conspiracy theories that XXX wasn’t really dead, the star has since had his memorial and two men have been arrested in conjunction with the crime.
When speaking previously with Daily Star Online, Professor Green said about the star: “Having read about XXX he was clearly a conflicted individual and a young man who had problems, for which he hadn’t yet received any help.
“But he wanted to do better, to be better. He’d encountered a lot of trauma growing up and he still had a lot of growing up to do.”
Although two people have been arrested, the investigation is still ongoing.
