Only on Monday, the Spice Girls confirmed dates for their 2019 reunion, sending their fans into meltdown.
A week on, and the girls already appear to be rubbing each other up the wrong way.
Back in 2007, the fivesome unleashed their girl power onto the world once more with The Return of the Spice Girls Tour, but it was dramatically cut short in February 2008.
Cancelling gigs in Sydney, Beijing, Cape Town and Buenos Aires, they blamed “family and personal commitments” for the change.
Rumours broke out that the real reason was due to feuds within the band.
Now appearing on The Jonathan Ross Show to talk about their up and coming tour, tensions seemed raised.
At first Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner were full of excitement.
Teasing fans with new music, Jonathan Ross asked: “You’re touring but you are not bringing out a new album?”
Mel C almost instantly answered: “No”, while Geri and Emma shook their heads.
Though on the other hand, Mel B interrupted, as she broke out into laughter: “Well…”
Speaking promptly before more rumours broke out, Geri expressed her thoughts: “I think it has got to be an organic process, if something happened and we felt like it.
“We think first things first, we are just going to get out there, sing the hits, people want to hear that and if something else happened then great.”
Viewers were confused if the girls were joking or breaking out into another feud in front of their eyes.
Taking things one step further Emma broke into the debate.
Explaining to Jonathan, she said: “She doesn’t understand blending.”
Looking offended, Geri fought back: “I think I do blend.”
Appearing sassy Emma replied: “But you didn’t before, you do now.”
Taking the audience aback, they gasped: “Oooowww.”
The Jonathan Ross Show airs Saturday 10.05pm on ITV.
